Yes. Every lens we sell — sunglasses, polarized acetate, clear-lens optical frames — carries full UV400 protection. It blocks 100% of UVA and UVB radiation up to 400 nanometers and is non-negotiable across the catalog.
Polarization is available on our Polarized Acetate line — handpolished acetate frames with true polarized UV400 lenses. The rest of the catalog (metal and frameless frames) ships UV400-only. Look for "polarized" in the product title or filter the Polarized Acetate collection.
Most of the catalog is metal or frameless. The Polarized Acetate line and a single Rectangle Acetate style use handpolished acetate. Lens materials vary by line but every lens carries UV400 protection.
Not directly today, but our clear-lens optical frames are Rx-ready. Take them to any optician for prescription lens fitting. For wholesale partners running an optical shop, contact b2b@deluxeyul.com.
Use the included microfiber pouch to wipe lenses — never paper towels, which scratch coatings. Avoid leaving frames in hot cars (heat warps acetate). Rinse with cool water if exposed to salt water or sweat. Store in the case when not worn to protect hinges.
Each product page lists frame width, lens height, and bridge width in millimeters. Compare to a pair you already own (measurements are typically printed on the inside of one arm). If you are between sizes on metal frames, the next size up usually feels more secure.
Metal frames can be gently adjusted by any optician at no cost in most shops. Acetate frames adjust under low heat — we recommend a professional rather than DIY to avoid warping.
Our Clear Lenses collection is built for Rx fitting. Take them to any optician. Sunglasses can also be fitted with prescription lenses by a local optician, but check curvature compatibility with them first.
Rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the carriers serving your region (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). Canadian orders over $100 CAD ship free. Express options appear in checkout where available.
Canada and the United States are our primary markets. We also accept select international orders worldwide — rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your package leaves our facility.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the sunglasses come back unused and in original condition. Sale items are final sale. Customers pay return shipping. Approved refunds post within 3–7 business days of receipt.

Email support@deluxeyul.com within 48 hours of the tracking marking your package as delivered. Include a photo of the damage and your order number — we will make it right immediately.
Exchanges run through our Shopify return portal — request the size or style you want and we ship the replacement once the original is received and inspected.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Every order confirmation from Shopify (our checkout partner) also includes a direct tracking link that updates in real time.
If your order has not shipped, email us immediately and we will try to catch it before fulfillment. Once tracking is generated, we cannot recall a package — but you can return it for a refund once it arrives.
